This home lifting rack comes standard with heavy 3 x 3 11 gauge uprights which provide plenty of weight to keep the squat stand steady and J-Cups to support your bar while lifting. This rack comes with 4 holes that allow users to bolt it to the floor for more stability. Bolting is not required but provides an extra level of stability.
To complete your rack and add more functionality, choose from our attachments like Spotter Arms and Dip Anchors to make your rack your own.
