Torque’s Horizontal Mount Landmine (XHMGRT) is a 3-dimensional ground rotational trainer that mounts horizontally on our squat stands base. By inserting an Olympic barbell into the XHMGRT you can do a variety of exercises with this simple piece of equipment. 

• Known as a horizontal mount landmine or ground rotational trainer
• Provides three-dimensional rotation movements
• Works with any size Olympic bar
• Molded rubber keeps the unit centered in the storage position
• Used primarily on X-GYM Low and High Squat Racks
• When combined with Lower Band Peg Attachment it can be used on X-GYM Wall Racks
• Folds up against upright when not in use
