A full-body functional trainer that brings club quality strength training into the home. The Free-Standing F9’s fold-away design fits in a corner for a smaller footprint than systems with far fewer exercise options.

- Two independent adjustable swivel pulleys with 17 low-to-high positions on the uprights
- Dual independent selectorized weight stacks for up to 112.5 lb. resistance per handle
- 94 inches of cable travel for unlimited functional movements
- An assist strap function for chin-ups and dips so users can start low and gradually increase toward unassisted performance.
- Several standard accessories are shown above for a robust variety of functional exercises
- All components and exercises store within the fold-away cabinet when not in use
- The optional FFIB F9 Adjustable Bench docks securely for correct exercise alignment, and also perfectly complements and completes the machine, opening up many new exercise options. When not in use, just stand it on end and close the doors to fully store it away in the 3X3 enclosure
